All Document Guide Privacy Policy
Thank you for choosing All Document Guide (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). Your privacy and security are our core commitment. This policy clearly explains the scope and scenarios of data collection, the purpose of data processing, your data controls, and the third-party services and data sharing rules used by this App, providing a quick understanding of the core principles governing the processing of personal information.
Please read this policy carefully before using this App. By using this App, you agree to its entirety.
Information We Collect
We are committed to collecting data only to the extent necessary to provide our services and to strictly adhere to Google Developer Policies and relevant laws and regulations to ensure your information security and privacy. The following are the types of data and scenarios we collect:
Information Collected Automatically
Device Information
Device information, such as the device's Internet Protocol address (IP address), manufacturer, model, operating system name, and version number, is automatically collected upon app launch.
App Usage Data
Automatically collected using third-party analytics tools (such as Firebase Analytics). This data includes app launch times, usage duration, exit times, page paths visited, duration of stay, and sequence of operations, as well as feature usage frequency and permission status.
Crash Logs
When an app exception occurs, crash logs are automatically captured, including error stack traces, device environment, and more.
Data from Data Statistics Tools
Through integration with third-party tools (such as Firebase and Google Analytics), we automatically collect anonymized data, including screen size, OEM name, system language, time zone, app version, SDK information, crash location data, and A/B testing results.
Data Usage Purpose
The data we collect is used solely to implement service functions, optimize the product experience, and ensure user safety, strictly adhering to the "minimum necessary" principle. Specific usage purposes are as follows:
Ensuring the proper operation of core functions
We use the content and processed data of files you upload, edit, or scan to complete the local file operations you initiate. All such data is used temporarily during the operation. After the operation is completed, only the final results are stored locally on your device and are not used for any other unrelated purposes.
Ensuring app compatibility and functional stability
Device and permission-related data will be used to adapt to different device environments and ensure proper functioning. By collecting device model and operating system version, we determine and match the appropriate feature version for your device to avoid issues such as merge failures and encryption errors caused by device incompatibility. We also record the usage of required permissions (camera, storage) to ensure that scanning and file importing functions function properly when permissions are enabled.
Anonymizing and optimizing the product experience
Function usage data collected in an anonymized and de-identified manner is used solely to improve app usability.
Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
To support the ongoing operation and feature development of this app, we may collaborate with advertising partners (such as Pangle, Google Admob, and Topon). In this process, we will only provide them with de-identified information—including basic device parameters (such as device model, operating system version, and device settings) and app usage data (such as pages viewed and features clicked). This information has been stripped of any personally identifiable information and is used solely to help advertising partners analyze user habits and interests, thereby delivering more relevant advertising content. Your health data or private information will not be accessed.
And some third-party SDKs:
Firebase Analytics: Used to analyze app usage. The data is anonymized and not linked to any individual.
Google Play Services: Provides basic functionality such as push notifications.

Sharing Based on Legal Requirements
We may share your information in the following legally required circumstances:
In response to lawful requests from competent authorities (such as courts, procuratorates, and administrative law enforcement agencies), we will only provide information to the extent required by law and will make every effort to desensitize sensitive information.
Relevant information may be shared to the extent reasonably necessary to protect the legitimate rights and interests of us, our users, or third parties (such as in emergency situations involving fraud, security attacks, etc.).
Data Security
We value the security of your data and have implemented a series of protective measures:
Technical Security: We use encryption technology to protect your data, set up firewalls to prevent network attacks, and ensure secure data transmission and storage;
Management Standards: We strictly limit employee access to data and strengthen privacy training to prevent insider misuse of information;
Physical Security: We implement access control on servers and facilities storing data to prevent unauthorized access.
Security Limitations
Despite our efforts, the internet and technology inherently carry risks (such as hacker attacks and network interception), and no system is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that your data will not be illegally accessed or leaked. You acknowledge and assume these inherent risks when using this service. We are not responsible for security issues beyond our control.
Data Retention Period
We retain your personal information only for the minimum period necessary to fulfill specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes. The specific retention period depends on the following key factors:
Service Operation Needs: We will retain relevant information for as long as necessary to continue providing services to you, maintain your account, support product features, and ensure business operations (such as billing, customer support, and system security and stability maintenance). This includes information used for product development, user experience optimization, and data analysis.
Legal Obligations: We may need to extend information retention periods to meet legal compliance obligations based on laws, regulations, tax requirements, industry regulatory requirements, or judicial orders.
Anonymized Data Processing
When your personal information is processed using de-identification or anonymization technology so that it cannot be reasonably linked to a specific individual (such as removing direct identifiers and aggregating data), it is no longer considered "personal information."
Such anonymized/aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for long-term trend analysis, product development, market research, and service optimization, and its processing is not subject to the personal information retention period.
Children's Privacy Protection
This app is not intended for children under the age of 16. We expressly prohibit the collection of personal information from any minor. If, under unusual circumstances, we accidentally collect information about children under the age of 16, we will verify the situation and immediately and permanently delete the relevant data upon discovery or notification by a guardian. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected].
Other Links
Our services may contain links to third-party websites or services. Please note that these third-party websites or services are independently managed by their respective operators. We have no control over their content, privacy policies, or data processing practices, and are not responsible for their security, legality, or information protection measures. When you access these third-party links, you are subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of the third parties. Any disputes, information leaks, or other issues arising from the use of third-party websites or services will be resolved between you and the third party, and we assume no responsibility.
Opting Out of Ads Personalization
You can opt out of interest-based targeted advertising at any time by following these steps:
Android devices:
Enable "Opt out of interest-based ads" or "Opt out of ads personalization" in your system settings.
iOS devices:
Enable "Limit Ad Tracking" in your privacy settings.
Note: This will stop apps from using your behavioral data to generate personalized ads, but you may still receive non-targeted, generic ads.
Your Rights under the GDPR
We respect your right to control your personal data. If you are located in the EU, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
Right of Access: You have the right to request access to the personal data we collect about you, including obtaining a copy of that data.
Right to Correction: If you discover that the information we hold about you is incomplete or inaccurate, you have the right to request that we correct it, and we will promptly update it after verification.
Right to Object: You can object to processing your data when we process it based on legitimate interests and you have specific grounds for objection. You also have the right to object to our use of your data for any marketing activities at any time. Right to Erasure (Right to Be Forgotten): If there is no legitimate reason for us to retain your data, you may request the deletion of the relevant information, and we will promptly delete it after verification.
Right to Data Portability: You have the right to request that we provide your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (such as CSV) to facilitate portability to another platform. This right applies to automated data or service-related contract data to which you have actively consented.
Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent to data processing at any time. However, this withdrawal may affect the use of features that relied on that consent and does not affect the lawfulness of data processing prior to withdrawal.
You can exercise these rights by contacting us through the contact email address at the end of this Policy. We may first ask you to verify your identity to ensure the security of your information. We will respond to your request as soon as possible.
If you have any objection to our data processing, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Contact information for local data protection authorities in the European Economic Area (EEA) is available.
